Radiators to impress

If you are in charge of maintenance and have to look after and service a large property, you might be scratching your head when it comes to deciding upon how to clean all those windows. Were you to employ someone to do it for you, it would in fact turn out to be a full time job for them if there are hundreds of rooms and offices, some with cast iron radiators for heating, which have glass panes collecting what mother nature decides to bombard them with. Taking care of the heating system in a building of such magnitude is another job for someone and all the radiators will have to be maintained on a regular basis in order that they provide the required amount of heat as and when required.

During the summer months they will obviously not be in use and you may have air conditioning units to maintain instead. Employ someone who can look after both sides of the equation and you'll have one full time employee as opposed to two part timers. Aluminium radiators will look smart and be very efficient should you have demonstration and/or meeting rooms which are kitted out to impress prospective customers. Having old fashioned ones installed here may look unsightly. As a final word, make sure you look at all aspects of a room when you come to furnish it, i.e. don't overlook the basic necessities.
